Psychotherapy Services

Support for Self, Relationships, and Work

My therapy approach is centered on creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced relational trauma, complex PTSD, and emotional distress. Through a collaborative and empathetic process, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and work towards healing and growth. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with greater ease, confidence, and emotional intelligence.

Come Home to Yourself

Adult Therapy

In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s feeling heavy or unclear—whether it’s anxiety, the echoes of relationship pain, or the sense of being unmoored in a season of transition. I know how disorienting change can be, and I also know the growth it can open up. Together, we’ll create a space that feels grounding and supportive, where you can be fully heard, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional well-being.

Session rate: $200 for 50 minutes

Grow Into Who You Are

Adolescent Therapy

In our sessions, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for teens to share what’s on their minds — whether it’s anxiety, stress, identity questions, or challenges at school or home. Together, we build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience, while also nurturing connection with the people who matter most. I’m especially attuned to the mother–daughter relationship and often invite parents into sessions when it feels supportive, helping open lines of communication and bring more ease to family life. Therapy can be a steady, trusted presence during this time of change, discovery, and growth.

  • We met Dr. Jabbour at a critical time in my daughter‘s life and what was very important to me was that she allowed me to be a large part of the process in helping my daughter. We discussed various strategies and she made me feel heard as a mother who desperately wanted to see her daughter whole and healthy again.

With Dr. Jabbour’s support, my daughter was able to make real progress to work through her struggles and come through on the other side of a very dark time in our entire family’s lives. Though her primary focus was on my daughter, she also counseled me and helped me believe in myself again as a mother. She guided us as we talked through issues that were barriers in our relationship, and I am so grateful that my daughter and I have a truly lovely relationship today.

Dr. Jabbour was kind and respectful of all of us and I appreciate her help and guidance and believe that we are more blessed and healthier than would have been without her.

Work Through What’s Not Working

Couples Therapy

Relationships can bring up deep emotional patterns, unspoken needs, and moments of disconnection—even in the strongest partnerships. In couples therapy, I support you and your partner in working through challenges such as communication breakdowns, recurring conflicts, emotional distance, or struggles around trust and intimacy. We’ll look closely at the dynamics between you, clarify what each of you is needing, and build new ways of relating that support healing, connection, and growth.

Session rate: $250 for 90 minutes

Healing is the dance of learning how to be with our emotions, thoughts, feelings, and sensations. This is the art of true self love.
