Regardless of what kind of therapy you’re looking for, the first step I invite you to take is booking a free 20-minute consultation call. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. From there, you can begin booking sessions as needed. Simply send me a message and we’ll find a time.
